New MSCP occasional paper published in April 2024

The Market Assessment Unit (MAU) under the direction of the Market Surveillance and Compliance Panel (MSCP) has conducted studies in relation to the efficiency and fairness of the National Electricity Market of Singapore (NEMS). Occasional papers on the subjects covered are published.

Appointments in Market Surveillance and Compliance Panel

EMC is pleased to announce that the EMC Board has re-appointed Mr Philip Chua to the Market Surveillance and Compliance Panel (MSCP) and Mr George Lim as the Dispute Resolution Counsellor (DRC) for a new three-year term, starting from 1 January 2024.
